NDIS Information Session

The HopeTown School NDIS information session is back on! (providing there is no freak rainstorm like last time). 

We will be hosting a Local Area Coordinator and a Coordinator of Supports at the school on Wednesday the 19th of May from 5:00pm until 6:30pm.

There will be a brief presentation, followed by plenty of time for mingling and questions. Light refreshments will also be provided. 

So if you have ever wanted to understand a little more about the NDIS, if you get mixed around by all the acronyms, if you want to know who to call to discuss setting up an NDIS plan or changing an existing one, this info session is for you.

We need to know how many people we will get getting for the evening, so we can organise delicious snacks and the like. If you could RSVP by Friday 14th of May to the school, either through email, phone call, or even just by letting a staff member know that would be greatly appreciated.
